All patients are encouraged to phone our Nursing Staff during the hours of 1.30pm and 2.30pm (Monday to Friday) to see if an appointment is required regarding their results.
Recall letters and/or SMS will be sent out to those who don't follow up their results via an appointment or phone call.
Please note, results will only be given to the patient themselves unless a signed authority to release to another patient is in place. This applies to patients over the age of 14yrs.

Total Health Medical Centre provides 24-hour care for patients on a roster system shared between the GPs from this practice.
Total Health Medical Centre takes presciption requests over the phone. If you have been seen in the last three months by a Doctor at Total Health Medical Centre regarding the medication you are requesting, then please call us on (07) 4939 1888.
Please note, there is a fee of $10 for getting a prescription without an appointment and there is a 2-3 business day turnaround on prescriptions. Please phone ahead to ensure your prescription has been completed before coming to collect it.
